I was very impressed with the personalised book I ordered for our great grandaughter...worth every penny...The waiting time between ordering and receiving the book was very good.
Great labels and quick turnaround usually. This time they didn't arrive but customer services replied immediately to my chase-up and send a new batch which arrived within days. Excellent service.
