Great. A bit too much packaging when received at Waitrose store. Card was placed inside a cardboard box which was then sealed in a plastic bag. Would have been better in an envelope.

Thank you for your comments regarding the amount of packaging used for the voucher card you purchased through the Waitrose store. We have forwarded this information on to John Lewis to see if they can address this as the cards are distributed by them. We will follow up on this again in a weeks.

We contacted the John Lewis buying team and asked if packaging could be simplified for such a small item. They are looking into it.
