When we arrived back in the UK on 27th August we was told the car would be waiting for us but we had to wait an extra 20 minutes for the car to arrive. I took this picture as soon as the car was handed back over and you can see the mileage has dropped 40 miles from my tank? I noticed that the engine type had been moved from efficiency to comfort - there was no need for this to have been happened and this meant that more petrol was being used! I was not told about this and had to find out myself. I am not happy with the overall service and wish to be contacted further about this
When I dropped off my car I was told off for being too early. My mileage when I dropped off my car is pictured here. This was taken moments before handing over the keys on 11th August.

Happy with service
Happy with the service there was a delay picking up the car on arrival but to be fair they did say 15-20 minutes and that's what it was. For the price paid I am satisfied
