My first time using this service. I found it easy to find the items I needed. The order system was easy (as I'm not very computer savvy). Plenty of information on products, Simple payment options....
Please can you let me know what your issues are with this product so that we may forward any complaints to our manufacturer as so far we have not had any complaints in the our local healthcare market to which we deliver locally.
Knight Air products may be fine but the washing up liquid was never delivered by DPD, their courier. Sorry, KAP, but if you use a rubbish courier then you will take the flak for their poor service.

Please accept our since apologies for this 1 day delay to your delivery, I can assure you that this is not the usual service that we receive from DPD, I underestand that it was caused by an operator error with their PDA scanner, thankfully the text and email service from DPD alerted you to the problem.
