The application process is a integral part of KPSol that we have always tried to keep simple and easy to follow - great to hear that you have had a positive experience.
With regards to the refer a friend vouchers, we have arranged for these to be sent to the referee today however this normally involves a 6 week turnaround which is quoted in the Terms and Conditions on the website

I contacted them to ask if it was possible to cancel a day after taking the policy and was told this was not possible. No refunds once the policy was taken out, from my understanding insurance...

I contacted them to ask if it was possible to cancel a day after taking the policy and was told this was not possible. No refunds once the policy was taken out, from my understanding insurance policies usually have a 14 day cooling off period. I will be checking this and taking action if neccessary.
Will also not be using them in the future.

From previous correspondence with the Client Services Team it appears that you have found a cheaper solution elsewhere, therefore I would suggest that you send that information across via email for us to review as we may be able to utilise the Price Promise guarantee to refund the difference between the two policies.
As a regulated company and product, we have a rigorous online and telephone purchasing procedure where we make all of our terms fully transparent and ensure that all clients have confirmed that the terms and conditions have been read and understood before proceeding.
