Although I am keen to use Kingsbridge in the future and have done so now for the past three years I find the amount of calls and emailsI receive when renewal is due to be excessive.

Sorry you have found our current renewal process excessive, we currently utilise all methods of contact to ensure that all clients are fully aware that the policy is due for renewal well in advance of the actual renewal date to allow for any changes to circumstances which may affect the policy.
At renewal next year, please do not hesitate to contact us and request the reminders to be suspended so this is not an inconvenience for you.

Its hard to understand that you use an external party to pay you and then the customer pays to them. Also, the inability to monthly direct debit is really annoying as a small business.
