Thank you for your positive feedback regarding the Kingsbridge Professional Solution service, sorry that this has not continued with our third party credit provider.
We use this provider to ensure that our customers have the option to pay in monthly instalments as this has been identified as a key service for our policyholders.
Please raise your concerns with our Direct Debit facility at renewal next year as we do have other payment options available.
