The refer a friend offer has certain timelines which we must adhere to which ensures that a client is past the 14 cooling off period and allow appropriate time for these to be processed. Depending on when the policyholder incepts the policy, the vouchers should be sent out within a 3-6 week timeframe. If the vouchers are not received shortly, please direct Mr Dovaston to our Client Services Team and they will assist with any queries. Liam
