Thankyou for the feedback. I have reviewed the call and I do not feel that it was rushed in any way - all of our compliance points were covered, our advisor checked on a number of occasions that you understood and were okay to continue, and several questions were repeated.

The website was a bit hit and miss as it failed on me a couple of times, but overall the experience was good and the response by telephone was excellent.
