I only say that when form are filled stating preferred time to call, they should try to keep to that.

Your policy documents will have been sent by email to the same email address that Feefo used to send the feedback request, and this email includes a payment receipt. If you didn't receive this email, it's worth checking your spam/junk folder as occasionally emails from us get incorrectly marked as spam.
