Good Morning,
Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback regarding you recent purchase.
Regarding head movement from the Chef this is totally normal and happens so that it reduces the burnout of the motor if left running for a period of time.
Have you tried to height adjust the bowl tool with the spanner provided in box ? I have attached a short video below on how to do this.

Thank you for the response. However feels like an attempt to brush off my not so postive comments. As said, had the previous Kenwood chef Major classic model. No vibrations at all. Was that abnormal cause it did not happen? The new Titanium Chef Baker XL is vibrations are so hard at speed above 2, dancing on the counter top, have a video of both machines side by side. Happy to share. Right now even more dissapointed and even more let down.
