I received the high level of service that I have come to expect from KCS. Quick, prompt and polite.

Delivery driver helpful and polite. Item was in stock and was delivered the next day.

Quick turnaround in orders and prompt delivery. Only issue is finding things on the website, if you don't already have a product code!

Accounts mixed up, as orders made by one account in the group has been allocated to the wrong account. Surprising as usually have very good service from KCS.

The web site is not as good, making harder to find the product you need still need to look thing up then enter on to web site. Also a lot of products are cheaper else were.

I placed an order for 3 items, this one was delivered quickly but it would be nice to be told where the other two items are.
