Many items are out of stock or take a long time to come. Those that are in stock come promptly. I have sought a new supplier for many items. It is really difficult speaking to someone at the moment.

The person on the phone was very helpful, in pointing out my choices and value for money. The items arrived on the date as I was told. All in all very happy.
