Levels of cover a bit too complicated, could be better explained.
The forms to complete were very lengthy and the levels of vet cover not very clear, you had to select each one and read before deciding the best level for you but what is covered should be clearer....

Ridiculous number of exclusions on a seven year old horse which passed vet.
Ridiculous number of exclusions following five stage vetting certificate made the policy unviable.
