I’m sorry to say that DHL lost my pillow due for next day delivery. Spoke to Shelley who promptly dispatched another one though another courier excellent.

It was fine. Nothing special about the service just as expected. I ordered and it arrived. The only thing was the pillow case was very hard to get on the pillow and the stitching wasn’t strong enough...
