Hi there, I am sorry you do not like the gloves, you can get a full refund or exchange for these no problem at all, was the service slow or late at all from us? As I have these as dispatched quickly and delivered quickly on our records?

Hi there - we have emailed you regarding your parcel. This was sent out on the 24th with DPD and they tried to deliver twice but noone was in. This parcel has now been sent back to our delivery depot and will be with us today. We can send out again but please contact us either via email or call me on 01606 810800 ext 1 and I can sort this for you.
