Poor communication and would not use them

Very poor communication and we found at times bit rude. I am not sure it was because we were only buyers and not sellers. I would not use them even as a seller in the future.

We take all feedback very seriously. A purchaser is definitely as important as a buyer to Joplings, as without both, a sale of a property or finding a client a new home, is not able to happen.
