Hi, thank you for your feedback. I am very sorry there has been an issue with one of the dresses you received. Having reviewed your order I can see you ordered 2 dresses. Each dress was sourced from our shops as these were the last 2 in stock. We have a number of QC processes in place and typically all garments are thoroughly inspected before shipping to ensure they meet our high standards. I am sorry on this occasion this has not been the case. We would advise customers to contact us directly as soon as they receive an item which is unsatisfactory so that we may investigate and resolve any issues as soon as possible. Please be assured we will look into this matter thoroughly. We do not have the facility to notify customers when we receive their return (you can confirm this using the Tracking Code on your postage receipt) however we will send an email as soon as we process the refund. Hi Jennifer, thank you for your feedback. I am glad you were happy with the product and overall service. With regards to the postage costs, we keep these as low as possible to give customers the fastest service at the best price. Unfortunately earlier this year we did have to make some increases to our International shipping costs, including Australia, as a result of increasing courier costs. We do review all shipping costs regularly to ensure they are as competitive as possible. I do hope you continue to visit our website and that we can hopefully assist you again in the future.
