Sorry to hear about the issue with the communication. We recently have updated our website as to allow us to be able to send SMS and email notifications with your delivery information. I can see on your order that it was not a mobile number inputted but you should have still received an Order Confirmation and Order Complete email with the tracking information linked inside.
