The service was very efficient and courteous and delivery time was as promised.
When I order some benches before the person that delivered the benches put them together - the two I bought last week are still in the boxes in my garage!

Thank you for your recent feedback. The English Garden Benches come as a non-assembled item. In certain circumstances assembly can be pre-arranged and our records indicate that this was requested on your first order. We are sorry for any inconvenience caused.
