We always aim to disclose all important information in the booking process and confirmation email, we are sorry that you deem this to not have been successful. I would disagree with you Kallum, more Airlines, we were told by Air Malta, are looking to introduce baggage charges, but I have never before paid them in this way. When booking my last few holidays in Canada, New York & Geneva I have not been asked about baggage charges as its been all inclusive So you need to get your staff to bring it to Customers attention that if an Airline you are using is imposing a Baggage Charge to tell them their options which includes booking through you. Poor Customer Service.

Very disappointed all round.

The hotel was good except for the shower it was impossible to get into as it was sunken down approx.1-2 foot. The boat was nice except for the food little to suit the English palate and small...
