Overall Good value for money

The service was good. I sold my home and had to pay a cancellation charge to cancel the policy which possibly could have been slightly cheaper.

As advised, overall I’m happy and as explained to the advisor I understood the charges but would have been better had they been slightly reduced. I definitely had a policy and you have also sent me a link to provide feedback after I cancelled. Otherwise why would I even be wasting my time doing this?
