Very slow, felt rushed

Very, very slow to provide quote, meaning policy had to be renewed at the last minute, they did the same last year. I felt this was intentional so there was no time to check comparisons.

Terrible service from what used to be coversure

I've been using coversure for 10 years for building insurance with no issues. Jensten has since taken over coversure and my experience with them is one to forget. 2 months to sort out my buildings...
