Jensten don’t seem to get back to you, had an accident in one of our vans, not our fault, cctv wasn’t looked at, witness wasn’t called, basically nothing was done and you are left to chase...

Look forward to your call. Every time I speak to your team you seem really helpful on the phone, then you go quiet and you don’t hear anything. I can’t see what can be done about the claim going forward now as the cctv footage is now not available apparently you told me, this should of been looked at 6 months ago when the accident happened The last time I spoke to one of your team you couldn’t even tell me who had done the repair works ? For me to forward the vat and excess receipt to FMG legal
