when our furniture arrived the sofa,s were different colours and being told well when you put the cushions on you wont tell the difference,which clearly you could .so not happy

Did not fulfil promise

Agreed refund of £40 as partial price match but they did not process it when they said they had, I had to chase and finally received it but it took a few weeks.
