Never got my item! When I talked to customer service they told me to return the item for a refund. How can I return an item I never got. Just frustrating and a waste of money and time

It’s been months and I never got the package or a refund. I’ve been going back and forth with emails for over two months.
Ordered new X-ray touch me jeans and other items during restock - other items arrived, smelling a little funky but no big deal - BUT after a month and a half of waiting the jeans never did arrive- so...
