Thank you for telling us how you feel. We value your feedback and appreciate when clients take the time to get in touch, so that we can improve where needed. Administering an estate when a loved one has passed away can be an emotional and stressful time. Occasionally, as there are often several third parties involved, things can take longer than expected. We understand that keeping you updated is an important part of our service and we are sorry that our communication levels fell below our usual standard. I have spoken to your legal representative and I understand that the situation is being resolved and the Estate is nearing completion. Sending deepest condolences to you and your family at the loss of you mum, kindest regards, Nicky at Jackson Lees
