We appreciate you taking the time to send us your feedback, especially whilst you’re settling into your new house. We are sorry that there was a lack of communication during the process. I have looked at your file and can see that lots of work was being carried out to ensure continued progression, but it seems you were not being kept updated at each stage. A member of the team has now spoken with you to apologise that our communication was not up to our usual standard of service and reassure you that everything was kept on track. We wish you every happiness in your new home. Kind regards Nicky Jackson Lees
