This was a complicated leasehold transaction with complex legal considerations. Unfortunately, there were delays from the person selling the property, with further time delays from the supplementary information you requested and additional investigations our legal team are duty bound by law to undertake. We worked as quickly as the legal processes would allow and our records show that you were kept updated regularly. We appreciate that buying your first property can be a stressful time, however due to the nature of the purchasing process, occasionally property transactions can take longer or can be more involved than originally anticipated.
