Thank you for your honest and open review Mr Berry. We're really glad that you were pleased with the flexible and convenient option of choosing either a home visit or office based appointment to discuss your legal needs. Thanks for letting us know that you were happy with the professional advice you received, but disappointed with our smart/casual dress code. Many clients find us to be more approachable and less intimidating by not conforming to more formal/corporate rules of attire. We apologise if you felt less comfortable with this policy. Kind regards Nicky Jackson Lees

Thank you for your feedback. We pride ourselves on our excellent communication and client care and we are sorry you feel our service has not met your expectations on this occasion. This was a complicated purchase involving more than one property and bespoke finance arrangements. No mistakes were made but there were delays arising from the supplementary information requested by third parties, which resulted in additional investigations that our legal team were duty bound by law to undertake. We worked as quickly and professionally as this matter would allow and our records show that you were kept updated regularly. We note that our Head of Residential Conveyancing has now spoken with you, and that you are now more aware of the circumstances surrounding your transaction. We wish you well for the future.Kind regards Nicky Jackson Lees
