Service on the whole was good but there were 3 people seemed to be invilved who didn’t always check with each other who had emailed what to me or what information had been asked for by each person

Thank you for your feedback Ms Goodman. We're pleased to hear you found the service good overall. We’re sorry, however, that the communication between team members felt disjointed at times. While it’s standard practice for us to have more than one person working on a file—so we can keep things progressing even if someone is away—we apologise if this sometimes felt confusing. We'll take your comments on board to ensure our communication is clearer and more joined-up in future. Kind regards Nicky Jackson Lees
