Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. I'm truly sorry to hear about your experience and appreciate how unsettling the changes in personnel must have been. While some staffing transitions were unfortunately unavoidable, I want to reassure you that no charges were applied for time spent reviewing handover notes. I also regret any confusion caused around the fee structure. To help address this, we took the step of writing off part of your bill, though I’m sorry this wasn’t made clearer at the time. Your comments have been shared with the team to help us improve, and we wish you all the best moving forward Kind regards Nicky Jackson Lees
