Thank you for your feedback. I’m sorry to hear that aspects of your experience left you feeling let down. We understand how important clear communication and accuracy are during a property transaction, and we regret that you felt you had to chase for updates. While our records show that both your sale and purchase were completed well within national average timescales, we appreciate that delays or uncertainty at any stage can be frustrating. The issue with the completion statement was a matter that required clarification from your mortgage lender, and we’re sorry this caused concern. We also acknowledge that the search report was mistakenly omitted from our initial reporting pack, this shouldn’t have happened, and we sincerely apologise for the oversight. Your comments are important to us and will help us continue to improve our service. Thank you again for taking the time to share your experience and we are wishing you every happiness in your new home. Kind regards Elliott Client Experience Team Jackson Lees
