Thanks for your honest review Mr Garratt-Reed. We are sorry about the staff turnover you experienced which resulted in you feeling that we had fallen below your usual expectations of us. We value your feedback as we always like to hear from our clients and look to improve from the suggestions where we can. We are proud of our professional and friendly staff and glad that you were pleased with their inter-actions with you. We appreciate that buying and selling property can be a stressful time and occasionally, due to the nature of those transactions, they can take longer than expected. We look forward to you completing soon and wish you every happiness for the future in your new home.

Yes we look forward to completing on 24th and beginning a new adventure. JL has over the last 18 months or so been acting on our behalf in another matter, exceptionally well. I have no qualms in saying JL will always get our business
