Hi WIll, Thank you for your review. We are so pleased you have just accepted a role in 1st line support within 5 weeks of completing the IT Technician Traineeship. We offer all of our students a full year to complete their program as we appreciate everyone has different levels of commitment they can put towards their study. The job guarantee does however cover the whole year as per our T&C's. We value all of our students feedback and have already reduced the waiting time between tests earlier this year as you have highlighted. Thank you for choosing us to launch your new IT Career and we wish you every success in the future. IT Career Switch
