The purchase procedure was quite easy. As i have not had the need to claim i have no idea how useful this is for me. They do insure people over 69 which is good.

Our Gold policies provide unlimited cover for cancellation expenses. I am not sure what the confusion is but if you want to contact our call centre, you can reach us on 1300 401 177.
