Thanks for your comment. Please can you let me know the company with whom you hired? We have seen this is the case with some companies and we are trying to collate this information so that it is useful for us and our clients. We will also often contact the companies ourselves to ask why they are being forceful when our cover is designed specifically for protecting car hire excesses. Many Thanks

Very easy to arrange and when things went wrong three years ago it was easy to claim also.
