I have never had to make a claim but a friend who did has nothing but praise for the product and level of service. As a result it gives peace of mind when hiring a car overseas - given the horror...

Not easy to change level of cover from global to European - I finished up taking out a new policy and letting the old one expire.
Providers of car hire insurance, covering the excess on collision damage waiver, theft & damage to windows, tyres, undercarriage and the roof. European and World cover available.
