Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We appreciate your candour regarding the amount of walking involved, and we recognise that frequent uphill routes can be demanding, particularly over the course of a full itinerary. Your comments will be shared with our Operations Department so that the physical demands of the programme can be reviewed. Thank you once again for your comments.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are pleased to hear that your travel documents arrived on time, that the Travel Director made contact ahead of departure, and that everything proceeded as scheduled without any need to contact our customer service team. We note your observation that, while the itinerary offered the opportunity to see a great deal across three cities in ten days, some of the stops felt rather rushed. We appreciate your understanding of the constraints involved, and your suggestion that a longer trip, or one focused on only one or two cities, would better suit your preferences in future. Your comments will be shared with our Operations Department so that the pacing of the itinerary can be reviewed. Thank you once again for your comments.

Thank you for your candid review. We are sorry that several of the Optional Excursions, including the visits to the dairy farm, the monastery and the filming locations, did not meet your expectations, and that the included meals fell short of the standard you would anticipate. We recognise that, having travelled extensively with us and with other operators, you are well placed to make such a comparison, and your comments carry considerable weight. We are pleased that you found the hotels to be well located in the city centres and of a good standard. Your observations on the content of the Optional Excursions and the quality of the meals have been noted and will be considered carefully as we review our itineraries. Thank you for taking the time to share your experience, and we hope to have the opportunity to welcome you on another journey in the future.

Thank you for your kind review. We are delighted that you found the tour excellent, and that the hotels, the comfort of the coach and the quality of service all met your expectations. It is particularly encouraging to learn that your Travel Director and Coach Driver made such a favourable impression, as their care and professionalism are central to the experience we aim to provide. It would be a privilege to welcome you on another journey in the future.

Thank you for your kind review. We are delighted that your Travel Director made such a favourable impression, and that you found both the itinerary and the journey as a whole so enjoyable. Attentiveness and genuine care contribute greatly to the quality of a tour, and we appreciate your recognition of them. It would be a privilege to welcome you on another journey in the future.

Thank you for your kind review. We are delighted that the balance between sightseeing and time on the coach suited you so well, as careful pacing is central to how we plan our tours. We appreciate you taking the time to share your experience, and it would be a privilege to welcome you on another journey in the future.

Thank you for your detailed and constructive review. We are pleased that your Travel Director made such a favourable impression, and that the local tastings and experiences she brought on board contributed to the enjoyment of the group. We are also grateful for your kind remarks regarding the gondola ride. We appreciate your candour regarding the content of the itinerary. It is helpful to be informed that the Old Man of the Mountain is no longer there, and that the short train journey offered little to see along the way. Your suggestions to involve a greater number of Local Guides and to include museums covering the region's history over the past two to three centuries are also well taken. Comments of this kind are valuable as we review, and we are grateful to you for taking the time to share your experience.

Thank you for your thorough and candid review. We are pleased that, overall, you found the tour a great one, and that the history, the interesting sites and the beauty of the islands made such a strong impression. We are also grateful for your kind remarks regarding the Optional Excursions and the knowledge of the Travel Director. We appreciate you highlighting the physical demands of the itinerary, with its steep inclines and many steps. This is valuable guidance for prospective travellers, and we recognise that the tour will not be suitable for those with limited mobility. We are also sorry that the cruise element fell short of your expectations in places, in particular the average quality of the food and the restricted complimentary wifi allowance, which you felt did not reflect the overall cost. Your comments have been noted and will be considered as we review the arrangements for this itinerary. Thank you for taking the time to share your experience.

Thank you for your thoughtful and balanced review. We are pleased that your Travel Director was so personable and informative, and that you found the coach, its Coach Drivers and the standard of transportation to be of high quality. We are sorry that a group of thirty-nine felt larger than you had anticipated, and we understand that group size has a considerable bearing on the character of a tour. We also regret that the limited free time obliged you to choose between a meal and exploring a location, as this should not be necessary on a journey of this kind. Your comments on both points have been noted and will be considered as we review how our itineraries are paced. Thank you for taking the time to share your experience.

Thank you for your concise and helpful review. We appreciate your recommendation of Abu Simbel and the new Egyptian Museum, as both are among the most significant sites in the country, and your advice will be of genuine value to prospective travellers planning their own visit. We are grateful to you for taking the time to share your experience, and it would be a privilege to welcome you on another journey in the future.
