Ryan is a legend and a credit to the team. Thanks as always.

bloomin marvellous

This was a difficult one as involved a 3rd. party. Paul kept at it and resolved in good time. Many thanks

Joe Smith went to great lengths to solve the problem I had reported and was courteous and communicative throughout.

Although this issue was passed up the to another line it was good to see that there were notes and good communication so I didn't have to keep repeating the details.

Very grateful for the speedy reply thank you!

Although it took an hour for a call back Paul was very good.

Holly was very professional, updated my system and added a new extension whilst I was on the telephone. Very impressed.

Holly is my favourite, every time I deal with her she is so helpful.

Matt quickly and effectively sorted out our issues in SharePoint in a professional manner.
