Mis-advertised

Just recently I thought I was in the draw for the new Softail slim competition ignite was running, with the potential for one lucky person upon purchase of this competition to have an odds boost....

Sorry you feel misled. However I'm struggling to see how this could be considered misleading. I’m assuming if you had won the odds booster it wouldn’t have been a problem. The image clearly stated "ODDS BOOSTER – WIN 100 TICKETS". The competition title was "ODDS BOOSTER – WIN 100 ENTRIES". The competition description stated "WIN 100 ENTRIES INTO THE MAIN DRAW". The prize was described as entries into the main draw throughout the listing. We're not sure how we could have made this any clearer. That said, if you purchased the Odds Booster in error then drop us an email us and we'll happily refund you.🤘

Thanks for your quick response and I can accept that I misunderstood this competition as tickets for the bike but as you say above “The prize was described as entries into the main draw throughout the listing” hopefully, you can appreciate the language used here could have been better explained. In future, I’ll take more time to carefully read the description. I appreciate the offer of a refund but it’s a lesson learnt. Best wishes

But the prize was entries into the main draw. The description read - 'Win 100 tickets into the main Harley-Davidson Softail Slim draw for just £1!" The prize was to win 100 tickets into the main draw thereby boosting your chances/odds just like the image and title said too. I'm really struggling to understand what is confusing? What did you think it was for? We can try and make it clearer, but unsure how?
