Hi Andy, the draw was live so you could have watched it. The draw time and date was listed on the competition page and in your order email. As well as that we publish the winners to Facebook and Instagram immediately after the draw and add them to the winners page of the website, which can easily be found in the main menu. On this occasion we also sent out an email on Friday which listed the winners. We contact the winners live on the draw too, so if we don't contact you then unfortunately you didn't win. If you didn't receive our email, please check your junk mail and mark us as safe! 🤘

Hi Paul, thanks for your feedback on the live draw! It did drag on a bit, it took 10 attempts to find the winner of the Honda, as you know the first 9 winning numbers were unsold! Of course you didn't have to watch the draw, we would have called you if you had won. I'm not sure what you mean about disappointed you left a negative review, that may have been an auto response from Feefo that you're referring to.
