Easy to navigate on the platform and access it.
Clear questions however some questions were repetitive and it makes it hard to diversify the vocabulary used to answer the questions

Accommodating and friendly
Came across friendly and patient. Great that answers weren't required immediately and that you could come back to the questions later in the day.
