I only wanted to get a quote on health insurance. They then unexpectedly called me and forced me onto a new policy even though I said not to join me up to anything. Very annoyed.

Does not cover everywhere
I had a great customer officer! However I was told that NIB covers everywhere in my area which is not true - in fact there are barely any NIB providers in my area. I would recommend talking local...
