I was told by the agent it would take 10-15mins when it actually took 45mins! When I said this is far too long he actually found it funny.

I don't believe you include a lot of insurance companies. i.e. I found AAMI very competitive so too APIA yet they don't appear in your results.

Sorry that doesn't gel. My need was cheaper insurance & the results I got went from 2 inexpensive to several very expensive. When I did my own search AAMI was the second cheapest. Your system doesn't work.

Insufficient communication

It was easy to compare the different insurances. I didn't know about discounts and better deals with insurances and to date no one has contacted me! I had to start making phone calls.
