We took the car to Brayleys in Bushey for a service. Reception said they no longer clean the car inside and out. We checked with other Honda garages and they still do. Very disappointing.

As expected, car booked in and serviced within the time advised. They couldn't find the intermittent fault I advised them of, however it's booked back in for a few days to look at this again.

As above. More interested in making money out of the customer than providing a good service. Very different to previous Honda experience.

Definitely expensive, but probably in line with most services, but they did what was necessary and in plenty of time within the time frame they gave me.
