These Tumble Dryer Condensers work on science. There are no moving parts or anything to not work. The hot air hits the cold water and condenses. The only variables are the size of load in the dryer, the dampness of the load, the temperature of the water in the unit and the ventilation available in the room where it is sited. This is all explained in exhaustive detail on our listing.
We do sell hundreds of these and most are able to give good results for customers. However there is no substitute for a permanent vent kit solution of which we offer 3 types.

We were disappointed to receive your negative feedback for this product as it clearly states the sizing of the product next to the photo (Size approx. 42.5 x 35 x 7cm) in order to not mislead our customers and provide as much information on the product as possible.
Unfortunately the manufacturer incresed prices on 01/01/12. Everyone will have to follow suit eventually. Unfortunately as a volume retailer we move our stock very fast and our current stock has to reflect the increased price from Holland. Other smaller retailers may not be as up to date as us.
