Very good service, my cue was out of stock when I ordered it so they rang me and told me all the information I needed e.g. how long till my cue was back in stock, did i still want to wait for the cue...
Service was good in advice and taking the order but expectations for delivery were set and not met which is frustrating.

Following some great customer service, I would like to upgrade my rating and comments. Both of my items have now been delivered, with the free upgrade for the table tennis table. In addition, free balls and sweets were added and also some stools for the arcade machine I ordered. A true test of a company's attitude to customer service is when things go wrong (as they do) and I would therefore not have any hesitation to recommending Home Leisure Direct.
