Thank you for taking the time to respond with your feedback. We were sorry to hear that you had to cancel your holiday due to unforeseen circumstances. It’s a shame that you did not purchase the cancellation cover at the time of booking as this is always recommended because, as you have mentioned our Terms and Conditions do state that the accommodation deposit is non-refundable if there is no insurance in place. The reason for this, as I am sure you will understand, is to cover the extra administration and marketing costs involved when re-letting a property. As always if you wish to discuss this further then please do not hesitate to contact us.
