Good morning, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re grateful to hear that your booking experience was positive, and we’re sorry that this was later overshadowed by the frustration surrounding the return of your Accidental Damage Deposit. Following a review of your booking, we can see that the refund was processed to the first card used during payment. As the refund has already been completed, we’re unable to reverse or redirect it, and we hope the funds have now been received your side so this can be resolved between your personal and corporate accounts. We also apologise for the lack of response to your emails. This isn’t the level of communication we aim to provide, and your comments have been recorded as valuable feedback for us to reflect on. Thank you again for taking the time to get in touch and share your experience. Kind regards, Holidaycottages.co.uk
